Meat is a food specifically gifted to us from Hashem after the flood, and is considered a vital element to the pleasure of Shabbos. A proper kitchen in which to prepare meat-based dishes will allow us to create delicious, fragrant meals that will deepen our community’s oneg Shabbos.
